Middle and Upper School Library
The Sister Catherine Morse Library provides an extensive collection of fiction and nonfiction books and digital research materials to promote and encourage critical thinking skills, research skills and a life-long interest in reading.
In addition to a collection of over 10,000 books and magazines, the library houses scanners, printers and Dell and Mac desktop computers for student use. Students can search for materials through our electronic catalog and can obtain materials through interlibrary loan from the University of Delaware.
As part of the one to one laptop program, the library supports school curriculum with 21st century tools including research databases, technology integration, and other resources for Internet research. Gale Powersearch, Proquest/Elibrary, Jstor, CQ Researcher are all databases available to students and teachers from school and home. Information and passwords on these databases are available on the Library Media Center Edline page.
