Admission Process

Admission to Ursuline Academy is based on personal and academic criteria that vary depending on the age of the student. Acceptance is determined by the Admission Committee through an evaluation of the student’s readiness, an entrance test or screening, the student’s previous school record, and teacher recommendations.

Applicants are encouraged to apply early; however, Ursuline has a rolling admission policy and will process applications depending on availability in specific grade levels. Admission test dates are scheduled throughout the year in group settings or on an individual basis by appointment. Open houses are conducted at various times during the school year, and tours are arranged through the Admission Office.
